Cook’n with Class – Market Class

My bucket list has always included a cooking class in Paris, exploring the farmers market, bringing it back to the kitchen, and creating amazing French dishes with local ingredients. So, I was so excited to team up with Cook’n with Class to create some great imagery for their classes!

Our group met just off the metro in Montmartre, near a newspaper stand. I arrived early, so I got a morning coffee on the corner, and enjoyed it with all of the professionals grabbing a quick fix before work. After introductions and hand shaking, we headed out to the farmers market just down the street, where we learned about fresh, local ingredients and picked out a menu for our class that day.

When we arrived at the school, we were sat around a large wooden counter with cutting boards and aprons set out for us. There, we got busy chopping, dicing, and chatting about our menu.

After we finished our masterpieces, we sat around, ate, drank french wine, and chatted about life in France, traveling and cutlery. It was by far one of my most favorite days, and just that morning, I was alone, meeting strangers!

Cook’n with Class is giving away a Trip for Two to Paris complete with cooking classes, flights and an incredible hotel stay. To enter, head over to their website!!! You can thank me later!
